• Review of "Wells Fargo Bank" at Foster City

  Arrived at the bank at 5:30 pm when approached in line by male banker if I had a straight deposit. I told him no but can you help with foreign currency? He said the clerk was on a break for another 5 min and checked with a teller if she might be able to help me. He returned by saying all foreign currency transitions close at 5:00 pm. Since I needed the currency right away I asked if there was anyway they could make an exception. He said no. I then asked can I go to another Well's Fargo bank in Belmont or Burlingame in the next 20 min to get it there. He said no it's a Well's Fargo policy to end at 5:00. So before returning home at 5:55 pm I hurried into the Wells Fargo Broadway Burlingame branch to see if by chance they could accommodate my request. Their answer.... "sure we can how much do you want!" I spoke to a premier banker as I left to explain the treatment I got in Foster City and she said there is no such policy to end trading of foreign currency at 5:00 pm at any of the branches! I would call that very bad business from the Foster City branch

• Review of "One Hundred Grand Apartments" at Foster City

  Live on the top floor. Call boxes have been broken for weeks and the office always promises they will fix them but they don't. Extremely annoying to have to go all the way down for food delivery (a few times they have left while waiting for me). Always the same excuses but nothing gets fixed. Garbage is supposed to be out by 8pm so they pick it up, but they rarely do. On the days that they don't, it sits through the next morning and then they send nasty grams about leaving garbage out (which was supposed to have been picked up by their staff). Since the building has no other way of throwing away garbage, we are stuck in this endless cycle.

• Review of "Kids Connection Schools" at Foster City

  This is a review for kids connection PreSchool. I want to enroll my son to their preschool program and so we toured the facility. Unfortunately the front desk lady (tall and blond) gave us a pretty cold treatment and precisely speaking, she appeared to be NOT friendly at all. SO....Guess What.... we are looking elsewhere! You are not the only school in Foster City!!!

• Review of "Beach Cove Apartments" at Foster City

  My stay and experience with Beach Cove is EXCELLENT. The complex is clean, well maintained and if I have a problem with my apartment, the maintenance staff is fast to response, they are friendly and always there to fix ASAP. The Leasing office is a joy, always helpful, friendly and responsive especially Miral Awwad . Most of all I give SUPER RECOGNITION to the Assistant Manager DONNY BRILL he is a ROCK STAR, very professional , extremely helpful, responsive, patient, understanding and supportive. If I have a problem with a neighbor or tenant, he is always there to fix it or resolve it immediately. Donny will go out his way to help and listens well to the tenants. He is always positive and good nature person, someone you know you can TRUST and depend on. My stay with Beach Cove is very positive because of Donny Brill he is OUTSTANDING Manager. I will come back to Beach Cove because of Donny Brill - he is given me excellent customer service 100%. Ramon
