  Live on the top floor. Call boxes have been broken for weeks and the office always promises they will fix them but they don't. Extremely annoying to have to go all the way down for food delivery (a few times they have left while waiting for me). Always the same excuses but nothing gets fixed. Garbage is supposed to be out by 8pm so they pick it up, but they rarely do. On the days that they don't, it sits through the next morning and then they send nasty grams about leaving garbage out (which was supposed to have been picked up by their staff). Since the building has no other way of throwing away garbage, we are stuck in this endless cycle.

  Not a good place to spend tons of money for rent.. Overpriced apartment complex with no Service after you sign paperwork. Leasing manager could not care less about your problems. Grill been out for 3 months (I`ve been here for three months total). Told Manager and maintenance guy minimum 5 times so far and all I`ve gotten as answer was BS how they`ll be fixing "tomorrow" that hasn`t arrived for over 3 months. Grill just explodes when you try to start so it`s very dangerous! but again, no one cares.. Manager and assistants answer your Emails once a week, which is pretty bad as well. Pool table is useless, because manager keeps pool sticks and balls and guess what??? Pool sticks are half size of standard ones.. Which is another BS as they advertise there IS A POOL TABLE but you can`t really use it. Went to leasing office to book Club house for same night. Leasing manager assistant told me it was available. Left to get checks to pay for reservation and people show up at club house who had reserved it few days ago apparently and leasing manager assistant had "no idea" about it. How cool is that? Oh, and don`t forget that in this "luxury" building you`re not even getting front loading Washing machine, it`s very cheap machine that barely works. And if you will decide to go to pool, don`t even dream off being sunny and catching some sun, because it`s in the middle of the buildings and gets literally 0 sun for 24 hours.
