  I have been insured with Catherine for over 10 years, and she is just about as good as it gets. Never in the last 10 years did she try to push a sale. Whenever I have a question about my policy or coverage, Catherine and her staff are always very thorough with their explanation, and would follow up even after the issues are resolved to make sure everything went well. Whether it is on the phone or in person, my conversations with her and her staff are always very warm, and responses are prompt and helpful. I highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking for insurance policy

  The BEST insurance agent ever. Fast response, kind, generous, professional, Catherine is more than a "good neighbor," she's the best kind of neighbor -- one who is honest, friendly, looks out for you, and genuinely wants what's best for you. We wish we could have retained her services when we moved out of state, because trust me, NOT ALL STATE FARM AGENTS ARE THE SAME. Her staff is always on the ball! No delays, excellent pricing, and what's more, Catherine is always the one to explain all of our options to us. Some agents only speak to you at the beginning to get your business and afterwards, pass you off to incompetent staff. Every single important question is answered by Catherine. Further proof of how dynamite Catherine is came when she actively helped us find a new agent for our out-of-state move. I can't overstate it enough: You really get the sense that Catherine has your best interest at heart. She exceeds State Farm's brand/motto in every way.
