I deal with Jennifer quite a bit with our firefighter association group life policy. No matter how many questions I have, she's always getting back to me in a timely manner whether it be through text, email or phone call. On the very small occasions that Jennifer is not available, her staff is just as friendly, personable and capable of handling any needs that you may have.
